On the 21st February 2020 our dreams were finally realised, this is the day that our company was registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) in South Africa paving the way for us to embark on a wonderful journey for this new energetic company.

South African Abyss Trading (Pty) Ltd is proudly a Level One B-BBEE trading company with aspirations of continued growth and creating jobs mainly for the youth of South Africa regardless of race, gender, colour or creed.

Coincidentally our company’s name can be associated with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and the down grading of the South African economy by rating agency Moody’s on the 27th March 2020. These catastrophic events acted as a catalyst for the rapidly declining U.S Doller/Rand exchange rate which in turn has seriously impacted our ability to begin trading.

We believe that out of the most compelling adversity that one can be faced with, the resolve of mankind is greater. These events will gradually be a thing of the past and will always be part of our company’s DNA because we believe that our “abyss” brings us hope and bottomless opportunity.

We have managed to secure a business agreement with a major supplier in India and hope that this will be a sign of greater things to come. As part of our sincere values we believe that our customers have a right to complete consumer satisfaction, we guarantee this.
